Job Title: Injection Moulding Supervisor

Sante Manufacturing Inc. is seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Set up machines and equipment, and assist in their operation, repair, and maintenance.
  • Help with the installation, assembly, and repairs to equipment.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in injection moulding or a related field.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Organized and flexible with a strong attention to detail.
  • Reliability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
