Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence in practice.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement daily patient flow plans, ensuring optimal progression to discharge and minimizing delays.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of nursing and nursing support staff, monitoring quality of care and patient safety.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to staff, promoting best practices and interprofessional collaboration.
- Participate in quality improvement and risk management activities, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing evidence-based solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, participating in committees and working groups to advance the goals of Fraser Health.
Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). Three (3) years of recent related clinical experience in the designated clinical area, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to work independently and in an organized and self-directed manner.
