Key Responsibilities of the Senior IT Business Analyst:

Qualifications We Are Looking For:

  • University degree or postgraduate education in a business or STEM field.
  • Additional certifications demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning are advantageous.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in an Implementation consulting or Business Analyst role.
  • Experience or background in accounting and financial processes is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to accurately interpret and refine business requirements.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud ERP, JDE, or SAP S/4HANA is a significant advantage.
  • Established knowledge of change management practices is beneficial.
  • Experience in delivering business solutions within an agile framework is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data, queries, and reports to support root cause analysis of reported issues.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality output.
  • Capability to manage deliverables across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-driven with a high level of initiative, accountability, and a desire to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, and Wireframing Tools.
