Job Title: Pastry Maker

FAYS TERROIR CHOCOLATÉ INC is seeking a skilled Pastry Maker to join our team. As a Pastry Maker, you will be responsible for preparing dough for various baked goods, batters for sweet treats, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare high-quality pastry products for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays.
  • Ensure that all products meet established standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Accurate, reliable, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
