Key Responsibilities
You will use your knowledge of financial products and services to help clients meet their everyday banking needs. - Problem Resolution - Listen to the client, ask questions, and put yourself in their shoes. Act like an owner by taking responsibility for clients' problems, and know when it's best to rely on others to come up with a better solution together.
- Leaning into Technology - Become a technology expert. Share your knowledge by presenting clients with our mobile banking services to help them better manage their banking needs.
Your Attributes

- You thrive on success. You're motivated by achieving your goals and give your best to get concrete results.
- You love people. You find meaning in your relationships with others, and your network is a diverse group of partners. You inspire trust with your respectful attitude and authenticity.
- You love to learn. Acquiring knowledge excites you, and you know your possibilities are endless.
- You invest your heart and soul. You care about people and are committed to understanding different perspectives. You listen to others and learn from their experiences.

What CIBC Offers You
At CIBC, your goals are a priority. Based on your strengths and ambitions as an employee, we strive to create opportunities that allow you to leverage your potential. Our goal is to offer you a career, not just a paycheck.
- We strive to reward you in a personalized and relevant way, including a competitive salary, performance-based pay, banking benefits, membership in a social benefits program*, a defined benefit pension plan*, and an employee stock purchase plan, time off, wellness support, and Creator of Moments, our recognition program based on points.
- Thanks to our spaces and technology tools, it's easy to bring together great minds to create innovative solutions that improve things for our clients.
- We foster a culture that encourages the expression of your ambitions through initiatives like Reason for Being Day, a paid day off that you can use to invest in your growth and development.
