Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Building Manager to join our team at our Laurence building in downtown Montreal. As a Building Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the building, ensuring a high level of customer service, and managing a multidisciplinary team to provide services to the building.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the regional director to develop and implement action plans to maximize rental performance.
- Develop and implement a management plan for the building, working closely with the regional manager.
- Ensure the optimal management of the building, adhering to established plans and standards.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team, providing services to the building and ensuring the full execution of services at all times.
- Manage the collection of rents and deposits, as well as purchase orders and invoices.
- Plan and execute apartment renovations, working closely with the regional management.
- Work with regional teams to carry out capital works and register files with the Régie du Logement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in administration or a relevant discipline, or 3-5 years of experience in multi-housing or real estate.
- Bilingual.
- Naturally focused on customer service and satisfaction.
- Sales/marketing oriented.
- Knowledge of financial statement analysis, business plan creation, and execution.
