About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Banking Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a Banking Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals, and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized banking solutions to clients, including account management, loan applications, and investment advice.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless client service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with banking products and services, ensuring you can provide expert advice to clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of banking services and products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales and revenue targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
