Capital Markets and Treasury Risk Management Analyst

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Capital Markets and Treasury Risk Management team as winter interns. This dynamic internship program offers hands-on experience working alongside seasoned professionals and assisting in executing responsibilities.
Responsibilities may include:
- Projects in Treasury risk management, including interest rate risk, transfer pricing, liquidity risk, and pension funds risk
- Capital Market risks analysis, including P&L, Greeks, and VAR
- Process improvement and creating new reports
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate enthusiasm about risk management, capital markets, and the financial industry. Ideal candidates will have a strong academic track record, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.
Applicants should be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program and be able to work in Canada.
RequirementsWe are seeking candidates with:
- Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of financial concepts
- Aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information and develop innovative solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and intellectual curiosity
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, or VBA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
