Key Responsibilities:

As a Deli Operations Supervisor, you will be accountable for delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring a safe and efficient operation in compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and standards, including achieving set productivity benchmarks.

  • Manage the overall presentation and merchandise of the deli section, ensuring the proper handling and maintenance of all necessary tools and equipment.
  • Assist the Deli Manager with various responsibilities, including processing daily transactions, operating the Point-of-Sale system as needed, maintaining cleanliness, supporting team members, and performing any additional assigned tasks.
  • Supervise inventory management, including ordering and receiving goods for the deli department.
