About the Role:
This is a hybrid role that requires occasional trips to the U.S. for meetings. As a Brake Actuation Design and Release Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of brake actuation systems, including the booster, master cylinder, electric vacuum pump, vacuum hoses, and e-boost systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop brake actuation systems, ensuring they meet performance and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components and materials.
- Work with the packaging team to integrate brake actuation designs into the vehicle environment.
- Identify and resolve quality and build issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in brake actuation design and development.
- Strong knowledge of brake actuation components and systems.
- Familiarity with DFMEA and DVPR usage.
- Excellent communication and program planning skills.
