Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Collingwood Hyundai. This role is essential for ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our customers' vehicles.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a Registered Apprenticeship program or equivalent experience.
  • Certification: Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, repair, and replace components of automotive systems.
  • Conduct tests and adjustments on repaired systems to meet manufacturer specifications.
  • Provide estimates for parts and labor costs for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Perform routine maintenance services as scheduled.
  • Communicate with customers regarding services performed and future maintenance needs.
  • Document problems and work completed through detailed reports.
