Job SummaryWe are seeking Primary Care Providers to join our team at Cumberland Village Health Care. As a Primary Care Network (PCN) clinic, we offer a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with other healthcare professionals. Our clinic is equipped with modern facilities and a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers.
Responsibilities- Provide primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health assessments, and disease management.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and coordinate patient services.
- Participate in clinically related teaching and research opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
