**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Systems Administrator to join our team at Watson Building Supplies, a GMS Company. As an ERP Systems Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts
* Monitor system performance and usage to identify resource issues and maintain reliability
* Assist in coordination of new software releases, fixes, and upgrades with technical teams and users
* Document relevant business processes and their implications on ERP information security as relates to SOX required controls
* Ensure company standards regarding security control elements throughout the organization are followed
* Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials for end users
**Requirements**
* Minimum of 2 years related work experience
* Post-secondary degree/diploma in computer science, information technology, or related field considered an asset
* Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Navision or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred
* Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
**Working Conditions**
* The position may require work outside of normal business hours (including some weekends and holidays) in response to critical, business-impacting situations
