Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at RhynoCare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care in accordance with established policies, physician's orders, and the resident's plan of care.
  • Utilize sound nursing practice principles to deliver excellent nursing and personal care in the assigned home area(s).
  • Ensure timely and accessible admissions, comprehensive orientations, and safe resident transfers and discharges.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs of our residents.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with others, respecting each resident's individuality and privacy.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards influencing the operation of the nursing home and nursing department.
  • Medical Clearance, Vulnerable Sector Police Check, and Clear Criminal Record check.

All staff are required to adhere to COVID-19 prevention protocols and wear a mask at all times.
