Dispatcher for Intermodal Division

We are seeking a highly skilled Dispatcher to join our team in the Intermodal Division. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of containers and freight across various modes of transportation.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate with drivers to advise on next pick-ups and deliveries
- Work closely with drivers to resolve any issues that may arise
- Update shipment status in the dispatch system
- Determine the most efficient routes and order of pick-ups and deliveries
- Collaborate with fellow dispatchers to coordinate daily activities
- Inform Customer Service Representatives of any issues for direct communication with clients
- Verify order status
- Maintain relationships with clientele
- Fluency in French and English
- At least one year's experience in the trucking industry, preferably with intermodal knowledge
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Minimum high school diploma
- Strong geographical knowledge of Quebec
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
