Job Summary:

Rehab First Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with clients who have a variety of physical, cognitive, and mental health conditions, providing assessments, treatment plans, and client treatment in clinic, community, home, or workplace settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide client treatment, including physical and cognitive interventions, to promote independence and functional ability.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Prepare and submit case notes and reports to maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
  • Current registration or eligibility for registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).
  • Valid CPR certificate and reliable vehicle.
  • Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months.
