Job Summary

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing delivery of small to medium-sized projects within our Project Management Office (PMO). Your expertise in project management methodologies will enable you to drive project plans, execute governance processes, and interface with project teams across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure projects are staffed with the right mix of skills and expertise.
  • Directly manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, resource plans, and integrated schedules.
  • Chair project governance forums to review project progress, issues, and risks with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure the effective execution of change management plans and processes.
  • Rigorously manage project scope to ensure commitments are achieved on time, cost, and quality parameters.
  • Develop and maintain project artifacts, including project charters, resource plans, and project management plans.
  • Act as the project secretariat, preparing and distributing agendas, minutes, and action items.
  • Assist with project reporting, including regular status reporting and ad-hoc presentations.
Requirements
  • Experience in project management, including multiple aspects of the PMBOK.
  • Knowledge of risk management and change management principles.
  • Solid presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to recognize and conclude complex issues.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Expert knowledge of project management tools, including Clarity, MS Project, and SharePoint repositories.
  • Possesses a university degree and/or 6+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Financial crimes knowledge and experience is an asset.
  • Ability to navigate a matrixed organization effectively.
