We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at 2713652 Ontario Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dishroom, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and stored properly.

Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
  • Load and unload buspans and trays
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
  • Package take-out food
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
  • Handle and store cleaning products
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Reliability and dependability
  • Positive attitude and ability to multitask
  • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
