Position Overview

A & A HOLDINGS INC. is seeking a dedicated Culinary Support Associate to assist in our kitchen operations. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient food service environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sanitation and Cleanliness: Ensure tables, trays, and chairs are cleared and sanitized.
  • Supply Management: Replenish condiments and other supplies at dining areas.
  • Dishwashing: Manually wash and sanitize dishes and kitchen items.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in portioning, wrapping, and packaging food items.
  • Customer Service: Take customer orders and serve at counters or buffet setups.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain records of food usage and stock supplies in storage areas.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas.
  • Waste Management: Properly dispose of kitchen garbage and maintain cleanliness of floors.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
