About the Role

Village Dairy Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Dairy Product Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our dairy products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control: Examine ingredients and finished products to ensure conformance to company standards and regulations.
  • Hygiene and Sanitation: Ensure that all hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Inventory Management: Record the quantity, type, and value of stock on hand using our computerized inventory system.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Conditions: The role requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Physical Capabilities: The position demands manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
