About the Role

Village Dairy Ltd is seeking a skilled Dairy Product Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our dairy products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control: Examine ingredients and finished products to ensure conformance to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Record the quantity, type, and value of stock on hand using our computerized inventory system.
  • Hygiene and Sanitation: Ensure that all hygiene and sanitation practices conform to company policies and regulations.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling. You will also be required to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.

Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: Required certifications for the role.
