Key Responsibilities- Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial, or other wholesale use
- Remove bones from meat
- Operate cleavers, knives, power cutting tools, saws, and stunning devices
Our meat processing and packing plant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety. You will work in a cold/refrigerated environment with exposure to odours and noise.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
- Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination
