Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Minute Muffler & Brake. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, ensuring that our customers' vehicles are safe and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnostic and Repair Work
    • Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and repair complex automotive issues
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
    • Repair and replace parts and components of automotive systems
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the work performed
    • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Teamwork and Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other technicians and staff members to achieve team goals
    • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
    • Experience in the automotive industry an asset
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Valid driver's license
    • Steel-toed safety boots
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
