Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Clerk to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a Liquor Clerk, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and stock merchandise in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in merchandising and visual displays to promote products
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Pro-Serve certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • Previous liquor retail experience an asset
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of provincial liquor regulations
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and mathematical principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technology
