Liquor Sales Associate

As a key member of our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited, the Liquor Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a world-class shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers
  • Operating the register and handling cash transactions
  • Maintaining department cleanliness and housekeeping standards

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have Pro-Serve certification or be able to obtain within 30 days
  • Previous liquor retail experience and knowledge of provincial liquor regulations are preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as understanding of basic mathematical principles
  • Able to operate POS system and understand credit and debit procedures
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and repetitive physical labor

Availability: Required evenings and weekends, with flexibility to pick up day shifts as needed.
