Team Overview: The Risk Advisory team serves as a vital business partner, providing a progressive consulting function that collaborates with various business units to safeguard and enhance our technology, governance, and programs.

Position Overview: Reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise Risk Management, the Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and executing impactful risk engagements across our diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address current and emerging business challenges.
  • Drive ERM initiatives by working closely with business teams to analyze and communicate significant business issues.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and deliver visually engaging presentations that highlight current and potential risks.
  • Develop and present innovative reporting materials for various committees, including Audit, Management, Risk, and Compliance.
  • Implement monitoring protocols to assess the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery quality.
  • Work alongside the RAS team to align and execute risk and compliance activities collaboratively.
  • Propose data-driven initiatives that can add value or reduce risk.
  • Mentor and develop teams by fostering staff growth and managing delivery teams effectively.
  • Address ad-hoc requests from management as required.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in business operations, including areas such as sales, finance, or management consulting.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience with a proven track record of team development.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
  • Professional designations such as MBA, CPA, PMP, CRM, CIA, or CISA are advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect strategic objectives with risk considerations.
  • Solid understanding of risk management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Innovative problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
  • Strong work ethic and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • A genuine passion for making a positive impact on the business and the community.
