Position Overview

Mammoth Graphics 2020 Inc is seeking a dedicated Mechanical Engineering Technician to join our team. This role involves a variety of responsibilities focused on the installation, maintenance, and inspection of mechanical systems.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Equivalent experience will also be considered
Work Environment

The position is based in an urban setting, providing a dynamic and fast-paced work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct repairs and routine maintenance on mechanical equipment
  • Assist in the inspection of mechanical installations and construction projects
  • Support the preparation of designs, drawings, and specifications
  • Contribute to the design of tools, moulds, dies, jigs, and fixtures
  • Perform mechanical tests and analyses on machines, components, and materials
  • Utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for project needs
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects
  • Prepare and interpret engineering designs and specifications
  • Oversee maintenance programs and operations of mechanical plants
  • Supervise and inspect mechanical installations and construction projects
  • Conduct testing of machines and equipment
Supervisory Responsibilities

This role may involve supervising a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in 3D graphic software
  • Experience with MS Excel and MS Word
