About the Role

Falcon Medical Clinic & Pharmacy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Supply Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy and medical clinic by managing our inventory of medications and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of our medication and supply inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of medications and supplies.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately and will be able to work in a team environment.
