Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of medications and pharmaceutical products, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of pharmaceutical products, and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and overstocking.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair equipment and supplies, ensuring that they are in good working condition and meet regulatory standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to achieve sales and customer service goals, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or medical clinic setting.
  • Work Setting: Medical clinic or pharmacy environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks, such as counting and labeling medications, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Standing for Extended Periods: Stand for extended periods, moving around the pharmacy and medical clinic as needed.
Personal Suitability:
  • Accurate: Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organized: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
