Position Overview

As a Culinary Specialist at Sushi Cove, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes to our valued customers.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 month and up to 7 months of relevant experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess food portion sizes and associated costs.
  • Design menus and calculate food requirements for successful execution.
  • Prepare meals accommodating customers with dietary restrictions.
  • Cook specialized dishes for patients as per dietary guidelines.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to maintain standards.
  • Manage inventory by ordering necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and workspaces.
  • Participate in the recruitment and hiring of kitchen staff.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week. The primary language of communication in the workplace is English.
