  • Culinary Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events, as well as prepare and cook food on a regular basis.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including sous chefs, chefs de partie, and other culinary team members.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: Cook Trade Certification, Certified Chef de Cuisine (CCC), and Food Safety Certificate.
Work Environment
