Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
- Present bills to patrons and process payments through various methods including cash, credit or debit cards, and room charges.
- Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including daily specials, to assist customers in their selections.
- Offer recommendations on menu choices and wine pairings.
- Welcome guests, present menus, and address inquiries regarding food and beverages.
- Serve food and drinks to customers efficiently.
- Take customer orders and communicate them effectively to kitchen and bar staff.
- Assist guests with special requirements or requests.
- Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
- Must be bondable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong client focus and commitment to service excellence.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
