Job Title: Client Sales Director

About the Role

Arista Networks is seeking a highly skilled Client Sales Director to join our growing Sales organization in the Toronto area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted account plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion within a small list of Fortune 500 accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute consultative selling and solution development efforts to address large enterprise customer needs.
  • Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities across the Arista product portfolio, including Data Center and Campus Networking platforms.
  • Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned agencies and create targeted account plans in concert with partner managers and sales engineering teams.
  • Manage and align year 1 to year 3 business priorities across a named account territory and create a marketing plan aligned with named accounts and territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree (BA/BS, CS, BBA) or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of Sales experience with a focus on developing large major Fortune 500 customers.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to lead internal cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proven navigation of End User requirements definition through the contracting and resale processes.
  • Working knowledge of networking solutions, including Route, Switch, SDN, SD-WAN, Campus Networks, Network Virtualization, NFV.
  • Demonstrated people skills and ability to cultivate and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Proven track record of building business plans, documenting processes, and exceeding sales targets.
