About the Role

FROSTGROVE INC is seeking a skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the beauty and health of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weed, Prune, and Trim Trees and Plants: Maintain the aesthetic appeal of our landscapes by removing weeds, pruning trees and plants, and trimming hedges.
  • Cut Grass and Maintain Lawns: Ensure our lawns are well-manicured and healthy by cutting grass, edging, and trimming.
  • Remove Litter and Garbage: Keep our properties clean and free of debris by removing litter and garbage.
  • Plant Bulbs, Flowers, Shrubs, and Trees: Enhance the beauty of our landscapes by planting new flowers, shrubs, and trees.
  • Apply Fertilizers: Maintain the health of our plants by applying fertilizers as needed.
  • Water and Tend to Plants, Lawns, and/or Gardens: Ensure our plants, lawns, and gardens receive the necessary care and attention.
  • Tree Removal: Safely remove trees and branches to maintain the health and safety of our properties.
Work Environment

As a Landscape Labourer, you will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of manual dexterity.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, team player, punctuality, and hardworking attitude.
Working Conditions

FROSTGROVE INC offers a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
