Grocery Store Associate

At Metro, we're committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. As a Grocery Clerk, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our shelves are always stocked with the freshest products, creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
- Work collaboratively with the sales floor team to achieve sales goals and promote products.
- Participate in visual merchandising and display maintenance to create an attractive store environment.
- Customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
