Position Overview

The Vice President of Sales at 2757605 ONTARIO LTD. is responsible for overseeing the sales operations and driving revenue growth. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the formation of major departments and appoint senior staff positions.
  • Coordination: Co-ordinate the activities of various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Objective Setting: Establish clear objectives for the organization and formulate or approve relevant policies and programs.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel; delegate necessary authority and create optimal working conditions.
  • Financial Oversight: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; oversee overall human resources planning.
