Grocery Store Clerk

About the Role:
The Grocery Clerk is a key member of our store team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all Food Safety Protocols and Standard Operating Procedures to maintain a clean and safe shopping environment.
- Order, receive, and merchandise stock in accordance with company inventory control procedures.
- Provide superior customer service to meet customer needs and increase store sales by actively promoting featured products.
- Perform back shop and retail floor maintenance, keeping work areas clean and presentable.
- Prep customer orders and process department shrink as required.
- Participate in the training of junior staff and contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture.

Requirements:
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 20lbs.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
