Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Relationship Banker II to join our team at Webster Bank. As a key member of our banking center, you'll play a vital role in expanding your career potential, benefiting from robust development opportunities, and enjoying meaningful work.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Respond to customers' needs accurately and timely, providing exceptional service and support.
- Needs-Based Conversations: Evaluate clients' needs and offer appropriate financial products and services through in-depth conversations.
- Transaction Processing: Perform routine teller transactions and support segmentation strategy for sales and retention.
- Goal Achievement: Achieve/exceed individual and team goals in sales, service, and operations.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with regulations and bank policies.
- Team Support: Assist with supervision of banking center colleagues and onboard new bankers.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma/GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years customer sales/service experience with 1-2 years supervisory preferred.
- Product Knowledge: Working knowledge of all products and services.
- Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate strong customer service skills and ability to support teamwork.
- Schedule Flexibility: Flexible schedule with the ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and extended hours.
Compensation
The estimated salary range for this position is $ to $ USD an hour. Actual salary may vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Incentive compensation is also available.
