Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment.
    • Portion and package food items for take-out and delivery.
    • Restock condiments and supplies as needed.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are clean and sanitized.
    • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and pans.
    • Remove trash and recyclables from the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and resolving issues.
    • Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive and store supplies, including food, beverages, and cleaning products.
    • Count and reconcile inventory on a regular basis.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Certifications and Licenses

  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods.
    • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
