About the PositionThis role is responsible for processing new unit and transfer-in title and registration paperwork, as well as annual renewals for existing fleet across multiple locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating provincial paperwork, coordinating necessary documents, and ensuring accuracy in submissions to licensing offices.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicle licensing and permitting processes, including obtaining credentials and billing processes. They will also be able to multitask, work independently, and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Create and process provincial paperwork for new unit and transfer-in title and registration
- Coordinate necessary documents, including weight slips and Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) verifications
- Ensure accuracy in submissions to licensing offices, including VIN numbers, make, model, and year
- Process annual renewals for existing fleet, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with regulations
- Provide support to internal and external customers regarding license and permit status
- Input payment information and receipts into the system
- Perform other duties as assigned, including Register PPSA (Personal Property Secure Asset)
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- College or university education preferred
- Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing assignments and priorities
- Detailed-oriented with excellent follow-up practices
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicle licensing and permitting processes
