Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Edo Japan. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized environment in the kitchen and dining areas, including dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and serving food in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, store, and manage inventory of food and supplies.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen and meet customer demands.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with heavy loads, overtime required, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
