Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, including cashiers, grocery clerks, and retail salespersons.

  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
    • Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or disposal of surplus items.

Requirements
  • Education

  • Experience

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Accurate and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
