About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at AAA Enterprises. As a key member of our purchasing department, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, ensuring adequate stock levels, and negotiating prices and credit terms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Sourcing: Review requirements of our establishment and determine the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase.
  • Merchandise Selection: Select and purchase merchandise for resale, ensuring it meets our quality and pricing standards.
  • Supplier Management: Establish and maintain contact with suppliers, negotiate prices and credit terms, and ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain adequate stock levels, monitor inventory turnover, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our internal stakeholders, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
