About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Caregiver to join our team at RAA. As a Family Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare and support to families in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the children.
  • Discipline children according to the parents' requested methods, promoting positive behavior and social development.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social skills, fostering their emotional and physical well-being.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, catering to the children's dietary needs and preferences.
  • Supervise and care for children, engaging in activities that promote their cognitive, emotional, and physical development.
  • Transport children to and from school and appointments, ensuring their safety and punctuality.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees

  • Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, promoting their social and labor market integration.
  • Assist with immediate settlement needs, such as housing, transportation, and childcare, to ensure a smooth transition for families.
  • Support the social and labor market integration of newcomers and refugees, facilitating access to community resources, language training, and skills development.
Support for Indigenous People
