Key Responsibilities:
- Travel across various locations with a company-provided vehicle.
- Oversee a sales team focused on SMART HOME SECURITY and SMALL BUSINESS SECURITY.
- Generate leads for both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business sales.
- Establish visions and motivate team members by completing individual tasks promptly.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively while ensuring all tasks are accomplished in the field.
- Communicate the importance of safety and security to both existing and potential clients using a consultative approach.
- Conduct brief product presentations to homeowners, allowing your team leader to address inquiries and finalize sales.
- Provide clients with tailored advice regarding home automation and security needs.
- Stay informed about the products, services, and promotional campaigns to present customized solutions.
- Quickly identify customer needs and implement effective strategies with confidence.
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues to maintain an innovative and collaborative team environment.
- Educate customers about Alarm Guard's advantages over competitors during each interaction.
Compensation Structure:
- Initial compensation will be performance-based, determined by the sales closed by your team leader.
- After achieving your first 16 sales, you will qualify for bonuses and advancement opportunities to Field Manager, with a yearly compensation package ranging from $40k to $50k (base salary plus commissions).
- Comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures will be provided upon onboarding.
Training Requirements:
- Availability from Monday to Saturday (Full-Time Position).
- Willingness to travel using a company vehicle.
- Previous sales experience is advantageous.
- Goal-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possession of a G License.
- Access to a vehicle.
- Quick learner, eager to engage with new individuals.
- Experience in Home Alarms and Business Security Sales is a plus.
