Security Solutions Manager

RHEA Canada is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our Security Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing security projects, providing subject matter expertise, and advising clients on security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage security projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Provide expert advice on security solutions, including physical security assessment and analysis, security systems, and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver security projects, including designers, technicians, and subject matter experts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business development teams.
- Support the development of threat and risk assessments, security requirements, and security design briefs.
- Provide input on industry standards, best practices, and accepted approaches for security mitigations.
- 5+ years of experience in physical security, with a consultative, security practitioner, or physical security operations role.
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as security management or a related field.
- Experience as a project manager, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience developing security designs and requirements, as well as business, technical, and functional security requirements.
- Must have or be eligible to obtain Government of Canada security clearance at the levels of Secret.
- Previous experience developing threat-risk assessments using the harmonized threat-risk assessment methodology.
- Designation or certification as a Physical Security Professional or Certified Protection Professional.
- Designation or certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute or equivalent.
- Bilingual (English/French) is a significant asset.
