Job Title: Chief Executive Officer - Manufacturing

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer to lead our manufacturing company. As CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization, ensuring its continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions.
  • Supervise a team of over 20 people and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal awareness and ability to work effectively with others.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
