Job Title: Retail Store Manager

At JRoss Recruiters, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our store operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead daily store operations to meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Implement effective buying strategies to maintain a diverse and attractive product selection.
  • Price merchandise competitively to drive sales and maximize profitability.
  • Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to create an engaging in-store experience.
  • Oversee loss prevention measures and address security concerns promptly.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service.
  • Foster a positive and lively atmosphere within the store.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and communicate our sustainability message to customers and staff.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions.
  • A passion for sustainability and a desire to promote eco-friendly fashion choices.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Reliable transportation to commute to the store.
