Position Overview:

We are seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our Cloud security solutions through innovative Cloud Native applications that facilitate continuous deployment, delivering exceptional value to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive SRE excellence throughout the development and deployment lifecycle by implementing observability, feedback mechanisms, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Automate operational processes to eliminate inefficiencies, enabling service teams to increase their delivery velocity.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, leveraging automation to enhance incident response capabilities.
  • Advocate for and introduce new technologies and methodologies aimed at improving service quality while optimizing costs.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in Site Reliability Engineering, particularly with SLOs and SLIs in a commercial cloud environment.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in software design and implementation using high-level programming languages such as Python or Go.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure, systems, and application architecture in large-scale web applications.
  • Proficiency in managing Linux systems and containers, along with a deep understanding of *NIX environments.
  • Familiarity with secure coding practices and compliance standards in cloud settings, including PCI, ISO27001, and SOC2.
  • Experience with configuration management tools, such as Chef.
  • Expertise in testing and managing high availability environments.
