About Pegah Construction Ltd.

We are a leading construction company seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and staff.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with construction projects.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all construction work complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in construction management, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Working at Heights Training, WSIB Clearance Certificate, Occupational Health and Safety Certificate, First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, CADD Course, WHMIS Certificate.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
